Mr. Vidyut Shah, is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our company. He holds the degree of Bachelor’s in Commerce from Mumbai University and is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is founders of V. J. Shah & Co Chartered Accountants. He has a wide experience in end to end project consulting in finance, legal, constitution, governance and systems matter.
