Specific to the Pharmaceutical industry.

JD – 

  1. Handling Sales & Marketing of API for Domestic India Market.
  2. Business development of newly launched API’s through personal meetings, Emails & calls with all customers, PAN India level
  3. Payment collections and follow ups on regular basis
  4.    Coordination with Regulatory & QA departments on a regular basis for the sample submissions & other   related documents.
  5.   Business Tours over PAN India level & Meeting customers for business expansion and critical payment  follow ups.
  6.   Attending Pharma Exhibitions as a Visitor CPHI, IPHEX, Chemspec, etc.
  7.   Market survey, market study & competition analysis for better understanding of business
  8.   Sending quotations to customers and generating business
  9.   Working as a team and support each other for betterment of daily routine work
  10. Regular follow ups with customers to get PO’s and generate more business
  11. Arranging timely shipments of all shipments and informing the same to customers
  12. Solving customer issues and queries. Resolving complaints if any by coordinating with inter dept functions.
  13. Coordination with customers and plants for audits and make sure the compliances followed for audit approvals.
  14. Reporting to the Commercial Director for day to day activities, business and issues discussions.

Job Profile  –

  1. Co-ordination with factory on daily basis for the dispatches & also with QA & qc for the documentation.
  2. Logistics & transportation coordination and follow up for timely delivery of the consignment.
  3. Giving dispatch details to the clients and sharing dispatch documents i.e. Invoice, COA  & LR copy.
  4. Coordination and follow up with clients for delivery schedules of the material.
  5. Preparation, checking of sales confirmations.
  6. Maintaining  records of the contractual customers according to contract period.
  7. Timely submission of invoices through vendor portals.
  8. Ensuring timely completion of rejection & replacement queries.
  9. Daily preparation of summary & stock record.
  10. Preparation OF PROFOMA INVOICES FOR ADVANCE PAYMENT/ PDC FOLLOW UP.
  11. Preparation of monthly sales report.

Executive / Sr. Executive – PPIC

Experience – 4-5 years

Salary – Upto 5 Lacs

Joining – At the earliest

JD –

  1. Pharmacloud implementation of Planning Module:
  2. PR Generation; Auto and Manual
  3. Tracking transactions form  SO to Invoice in pharmacloud
  4. Artwork changes in Regular product artwork and Learning new product artwork preparation starting from key line diagram of new product artwork
  5. Co-ordinating and followup for the release of Raw Material, Packing Material, Excipients and finished goods with QC & QA.
  6. MIS preparation of PPIC department viz of Line wise plan, plan Vs Achievement daily, Weekly , Fortnightly & Monthly reports.
  7. Co-ordinating with plant planner and production team for line wise plan and tracking regularly.
