Mr. Luke B. Fernandez is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He is a managing Director of OTC Stock Exchange of India. He has been associated with the Unit Trust of India (UTI)/Unit Trust of India Asset Management Company Ltd. (UTI AMC) for 27 years and retired as Executive Vice President.  He has a vast experience in Investments, International Finance, Fund Management, etc.
