Mr. Sandeep Shah is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He has graduated from Mumbai University and having vide experience over more than 30 years in the field of Company Secretarial Work with knowledge of functionality under erstwhile Companies Act, 1956 and also under new Companies Act, 2013.

He is also acting as Non-Executive Independent Director in two listed companies as well as a Member of Stakeholder Relationship Committee and also hold Directorship in one Private Limited Company and one Unlisted Limited Company.
