Mr. Avinash K. Dalal, aged 68 year, is Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He has completed Diploma in Business Management (DBM). Mr. Dalal is a founder of All India Micro Small Medium Enterprises and also a member of various associations such as Association of Small & Medium Chemical Manufacturers, Federation of Association of Maharashtra (FAM- Maharashtra), Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce, Industry and agriculture (MCCIA), etc. He was positioned as a director in Dena Bank from the year 2000 to 2003 as representative of Shareholders.
